Q Mortgage Academy does not issue mortgage licenses and does not guarantee licensing approval. Mortgage loan originator licenses are issued solely by the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) and applicable state regulators, including the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending.
